Pubs in Maidenhead Town Centre
We'll come right out and admit it, there are a LOT of pubs in Maidenhead. Not entirely sure what this says about our town, but it certainly means that there's never a shortage of places to sit, have a drink and watch the world go by. As well as the usual large theme bars like Wetherspoons, Bar Sport, The Bell and Volition, we have a nice selection of more traditional boozers. We've chosen the ones nearest to Art on the Street.
The White Horse
This is the closest pub to all the action, sitting directly by our main stage area and the Street Food Zone, so if you want to sit down and enjoy some quality live music and have a bite from one of the vendors (the landlord is perfectly happy to have customers eat their street food on his premises),
it's the ideal spot!
The Hand and Flowers
A little bit off the beaten track, in Queen Street, but we'd be remiss not to mention it. 'The Hand' is a really cosy little pub with an exceptional food offering. They don't open until a little later in the afternoon than most pubs, but if you're sticking around for a late bite to eat, it's definitely worth the wait.
